Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. Appointments changed or canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice will not be charged.
No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t given notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. When there’s little or no notice, we’re unable to offer that time to another client. We simply ask that you keep us in the loop so we can respect each other’s time.
No Children & No Guest Policy
For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. We are unable to accommodate children, additional guests, or anyone not receiving a service due to limited space and staffing.
Bring a Friend Discount
Want to glow together? Book back-to-back appointments with a friend and you’ll each receive $10 off your service. This discount applies only when both appointments are scheduled consecutively.
